JAMIE GARDEN
Jamie Garden has more than 30 years’ experience in the property sector in Australia, Asia, India, South America and the Middle East.
As a specialist in development, investment, development management and project management, Jamie has delivered more than 8,000 apartments, 5,000 villas, 350,000m2 of warehousing, 400,000m2 of commercial office space and 150,000m2 of retail space.
His most recent projects include three luxury residential apartment towers on the Gold Coast.

DAVID POLLOCK

David Pollock is an executive leader with more than 25 years’ experience in finance, operational management and stakeholder engagement. He has experience within ASX and LSE (FTSE 500) listed international businesses and consultancies, working in property & construction, technology, mining and energy, infrastructure, tourism, government and agriculture.
David has experience as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer and a consultant across all aspects of multi-faceted, businesses and project delivery, and has held Board and Executive leadership roles, been a Partner/Shareholder and a trusted advisor on key projects for national and international clients.
DIRECTOR, CORPORATE AFFAIRS & ENGAGEMENT
Barton Green is an experienced communications, marketing and government relations specialists, having spent more than 40 years as a journalist and communications consultant to the public and private sectors, including 35 years’ experience working in and around politics. He has worked on some of Queensland’s largest and most challenging projects, including multi-billion-dollar projects.
In his previous consulting role, Barton provided strategic planning, stakeholder engagement and government relations consulting services to leading property developers, including Dexus, Multiplex, lendlease, Mirvac, ISPT, Dennis Family Corporation, Consolidated Properties, Stockland, Australian Unity and Sekisui House. He has developed and implemented community and stakeholder engagement plans on many residential and commercial property developments.
